In solidarity with other cities around The US, we wanted to do a Black Lives Matter Mural to uplift Black power and resilience. We decided to schedule an organizing call with community members and street artists to get input from the community on the direction of the mural. The City of Detroit called us thereafter and told us they would support our vision and we were honored we got the opportunity to work with the renowned Hubert Massey to complete this very important project.
